Why don’t you list prices?
Standard prices come after the Founding Customer projects show what the work really takes. Until then, every quote is fixed and in writing before you commit.
Can the price change during the build?
No. The quote is fixed. If you ask for something new partway through, we quote it separately, and you decide.
Are there ongoing costs?
Some tools need a paid service to run, such as text messaging. Any monthly cost is listed in the quote, billed to your own account, and kept as low as the job allows.
What if it does not work?
You get 30 days of fixes at no charge. If a tool does not do what the quote says, we make it right.
Do I have to sign up for Ops Partner?
No. A First Win is a one-time project. Ops Partner is optional, and only offered after a First Win.
